When organising an  event be it large or small the first services to arrange are the date then a venue, next select a Photographer and a Master of Ceremonies / Toastmaster there is only  one chance to get it right.  

It is very important that the Host are happy with the last two of these services as they are going to ensure that a lasting memory is recorded of that special occasion and that everything has gone exactly as planned.
